To enjoy a variety of appetizers or dishes at different times, such as at a wedding, restaurant, or buffet, we suggest concentrating on the food you want to eat first, spreading out the rest throughout the meal, and dosing up if needed. We recommend

To enjoy a variety of appetizers or dishes at different times, such as at a wedding, restaurant, or buffet, we suggest concentrating on the food you want to eat first, spreading out the rest throughout the meal, and dosing up if needed.

We recommend adding a little bit of powder to each appetizer if you can. Alternatively, you can add the full dose to the first high-FODMAP piece of food you eat and enjoy the rest worry-free. Don&#x2019;t forget, if you&#x2019;re still eating after 30 minutes, it&#x2019;s best to add another dose of FODZYME&#xAE;.
