What foods does FODZYME work on?Updated 3 months ago

FODZYME works on foods that contain fructan, GOS, and lactose! These foods contain short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly and some people experience digestive distress after eating them.

FODZYME allows you to eat more of these foods without repercussions.

Fructan and GOS

Almonds, Artichoke, Baby spinach, Banana, Beans, Beetroot, Blueberries, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage (red and savoy), Cashews, Chickpeas, Cranberries, Dates, Figs, Garlic, Grapefruit, Leek, Lentils, Onion, Peas, Pistachios, Pomegranate, Raspberries, Roma Tomatoes, Scallion, Shallots, Silken tofu, Wheat, Zucchini

Lactose

Buttermilk, Cheese, Queso Fresco, Cottage cheese, Cream, Creamy cheeses, Custard, Goats cheese, Haloumi, Ice-cream, Kefir, Milk, Paneer, Quark cheese, Ricotta cheese, Sour cream, Yogurt

This isn't a complete list! Don't see your favorite food on this list? Check your favorite Low FODMAP app (Monash University Low Fodmap diet or FODMAP A to Z are great options) and see if the food is high in fructan, GOS, or lactose. If so, FODMAP might be able to help!
