You can track your FODZYME® order using the tracking link in your order confirmation email. This link shows real-time updates from the shipping carrier.
Where to find tracking info
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Click the link to view your shipment's status and estimated delivery.
International orders
For international shipments, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the origin country. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing and local postal services. Customs fees or taxes may be due upon delivery depending on your country.
Tracking number hasn’t updated
If your tracking number hasn't updated in several days, this is often normal as packages may not be scanned at every stop. If tracking remains static for 5+ business days (U.S.) or 10+ days (international), contact us and we'll investigate—[email protected].
While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occur due to customs holds, postal backlogs, or service disruptions.
Missing package

Please contact us within 15 days of the shipping date for U.S. orders or within 30 days for international orders.
