Can I increase the dose?

It’s safe to take more than the recommended dosage (which is 1 stick pack or 1/4 tsp).

Try experimenting with 1.5 or 2 doses on foods that are:

  • big trigger foods

  • large portions

  • stacking multiple FODMAP triggers

Dosing can be a bit of trial and error in the beginning, due to the variability of how much you are eating, your sensitivities, and the types of food you are trying FODZYME.

Some of your trigger foods might require a second dose, especially if you are particularly sensitive.
