Orders are fulfilled from Boston, MA in the USA.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 12pm (noon) Eastern Time will typically be fulfilled next business day.
Shipping times are generally 3-7 business days (USA) and 7-21 days (international).
Please allow extra time for processing and shipping as there can be occasional delays due to holidays, weather, and unforeseen circumstances with carriers.
If you are planning to receive your order at a temporary address, such as a hotel, we recommend placing your order with a buffer time before your expected arrival.

Shipping is free to US addresses!
Our packages are sent via USPS, unless another shipping method is selected by the customer.
Packages are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends) and generally take 3-7 business days for US destinations.
