U.S. orders are processed same or next business day (orders placed after 12 PM ET are processed the following business day). Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:

• Most U.S. states: 3-5 business days
• West Coast and Mountain West (including CA, NV, AZ, MT): 5-7 business days
• Alaska and Hawaii: 7-10 business days

International shipping

FODZYME® ships to 24 countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Israel, United Arab Emirates, and some of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland).

International orders typically take 10-26 business days, depending on destination and local postal services. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local carrier handling, and country-specific import procedures.

Customs, duties, and taxes

FODZYME® does not collect customs duties or taxes at checkout. These fees are determined by your country's import regulations and are typically collected by the carrier before final delivery. Fees vary by country and order value.

Delays and special circumstances

Shipping timelines may be affected by holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. If you're shipping to a temporary address like a hotel, we recommend ordering well in advance to avoid missed deliveries.
