We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee on your first order, flexible subscription management, and clear rules for refunds and cancellations. Below is a simple breakdown of what’s eligible and how to get help.


30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

Try FODZYME® 100% risk-free on your first order (not subsequent orders or shipments):

  • Request a refund within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping, VAT, and duties are non-refundable)
  • Applies only to first orders placed directly on fodzyme.com - authorized resellers have their own policies to follow, and purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible

Refund eligibility may require a return depending on the order type and condition.


Refunds and Returns

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (857) 425-3616 with your order number and reason.

  • Unopened US orders may be requested to return; we’re unable to accept international returns
  • Once return steps (if required) are completed, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible

Return to Sender:

  • If a shipment is returned to sender, we’ll contact you within 30 days
  • You may choose reshipment or a full refund

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins; once shipped, they cannot be canceled
  • Canceled orders that haven't shipped receive a full refund to the original payment method
  • If an order can't be canceled, it may still qualify for the 30-day risk-free guarantee return

We can't guarantee cancellation requests will be processed before fulfillment begins.


Subscriptions

Details on managing subscriptions - including pausing, skipping, canceling, and billing—are covered in our Subscriptions FAQ.

Important for refunds:

  • Canceling a subscription stops future shipments, but does not refund orders already processed or delivered
  • If you cancel and later reactivate a subscription, or start a new subscription, you're no longer eligible for the 30-day risk-free guarantee

Pre-Orders (when applicable)

Pre-orders are for items not yet in inventory.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-orderbefore it ships
  • Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled
  • After fulfillment, you may request a full or partial refund per the refund policy

Try Before You Buy (when applicable)

For try-before-you-buy orders:

  • Your payment method is authorized, not charged initially
  • You’ll have a set time to decide
  • If the item isn’t returned within that time, full payment is charged
