Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins, though this cannot be guaranteed. If your order hasn’t shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If an order can't be canceled in time, it can still qualify for the 30-day risk-free guarantee or a return.

30-day risk-free guarantee

Try FODZYME® 100% risk-free on your first order. This guarantee is not valid on subsequent orders or shipments.

If FODZYME® isn’t right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No return is required. Shipping, VAT, and duties are non-refundable. This guarantee applies only to first orders placed directly on fodzyme.com. Authorized resellers have their own return policies, and purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.

An important note about subscriptions: if you cancel and later reactivate, or start a new subscription, you are no longer eligible for the 30-day guarantee. 

Returns for subsequent orders (U.S. only)

Returns of subsequent orders are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused, and the request is made within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact [email protected] or +1 (857) 425-3616 with your order number. You may be asked to provide a photo confirming the product is unopened. International returns are not accepted.

Once the required return steps are completed, refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

If a shipment is returned to sender, we'll contact you within 30 days to coordinate a reshipment or refund.
