We will refund you for the full cost of the product minus shipping, VAT, and duties—no questions asked. (For US order, this will equate to a full refund.) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we may be unable to issue a refund or offer credit. Additionally, if you cancel your subscription and reactivate a subscription at a later date, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

International customers: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international returns.

Return to Sender If your shipment is returned to sender, we will contact you within 30 days and offer to reship your order or issue a full refund.
