Only one promo code can be applied per order, and some discounts may not be eligible for all products. Check the terms of each promotion for any limitations.

Applying your code at checkout

1. Add items to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Enter your code in the field labeled "Discount code or gift card"
4. Click "Apply" and confirm the discount appears in your order total 

Applying your code in the customer portal

1. Navigate to your account portal
2. Select "More" → "Apply discount code"
3. Click "Apply" and confirm the discount appears in your order total

Troubleshooting

If your code isn't working, try the following:

• Double-check for typos or extra spaces
• Clear your browser cache or try an incognito/private browsing window
• Switch to a desktop browser if you're on mobile
• Make sure the code hasn't expired
