How do you test FODZYME® for quality and safety?Updated a month ago

FODZYME® undergoes rigorous testing to ensure quality and safety. Each batch is evaluated using standardized enzyme assays recommended by the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) to confirm enzyme activity and stability throughout its shelf life. The product is thoroughly screened for major allergens, including gluten, soy, and dairy, with a validated allergen control program to prevent cross-contamination. Contaminant testing includes pathogen screening (Salmonella, E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), and mycotoxins. Additionally, all enzymes in FODZYME® are FDA-recognized as Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS), supported by toxicological assessments and a history of safe use in food-grade enzyme production.
