Yes, FODZYME® works in cold, warm, and hot foods, as long as the temperature stays below 140°F (60°C). You can add FODZYME® directly to cold or warm foods with no issues — the enzymes start working immediately when they touch the food. For hot foods, wait until the dish cools to a comfortable eating temperature before adding FODZYME®, and avoid adding it during cooking since high heat can deactivate the enzymes. For hot liquids like soups or broths, simply sprinkle FODZYME® on just before eating and stir well.
