What foods can FODZYME® not help with?Updated a month ago

FODZYME® does not work for all foods. Specifically, it does not break down polyols, a type of FODMAP found in foods like apples, cherries, cauliflower, mushrooms, and sugar-free gum containing sorbitol or mannitol. It also does not address symptoms caused by non-FODMAP triggers, such as acidic, fatty, or spicy foods, or gluten for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Additionally, FODZYME® does not break down excess fructose, meaning high-fructose foods like mangoes or products with high-fructose corn syrup may still cause symptoms for some people.
