If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect before your order ships, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to update it.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we are not liable for lost or undelivered items, and replacements will not be issued.
However, if the incorrect delivery was due to an error on our part, such as a mistake in transcribing the address from your order or a fulfillment error, we will replace your order free of charge.
