If your FODZYME® order arrives damaged*, please take a clear photo of the damaged product or package and email our customer care team at [email protected]. Be sure to include:
- The photo of the damage
- Your order number
Once we receive your message, we’ll work quickly to make it right. We take product quality seriously and are committed to ensuring you receive your FODZYME® in perfect condition.
*Note: Reports of damaged product submitted within 14 days of delivery will be automatically reviewed for a complimentary replacement item. Beyond 14 days, FODZYME® may explore alternative remedies.
