Is FODZYME® safe for those with gallbladder conditions or gallbladder removal?Updated a month ago

FODZYME® is generally safe for individuals with gallbladder conditions or those who have had their gallbladder removed. Since the gallbladder primarily aids in fat digestion, and FODZYME® targets carbohydrates (FODMAPs), there are no known contraindications. Some post-gallbladder removal digestive issues, like bloating and gas, may overlap with FODMAP intolerance, and FODZYME® may help manage these symptoms. Additionally, it can support fiber intake by improving tolerance to fiber-rich foods like onions and beans. However, for those experiencing bile acid diarrhea, FODZYME® does not directly address this issue. Always consult your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
