A note about sellers on Amazon.com: When purchasing FODZYME® products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly below the Buy Now button on the product page or in the checkout page. Official, authentic products are “shipped from Amazon” and “sold by Kiwi Biosciences.” If you purchase a product from an unauthorized reseller, you will not be eligible for our customer service support or warranties. All resellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of FODZYME® products.

3. May be materially different from the authentic product due to lack of quality control, storage, or handling standards.
4. Enforcement
Kiwi Biosciences reserves the right to:
1. Report unauthorized listings to Amazon and other marketplaces.
2. Pursue legal action for trademark infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition.
3. Deny warranty or service to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
5. Minimum Advertising Price (MAP) Policy
