FODZYME® is actively evolving, with ongoing research and development focused on expanding support for additional FODMAPs. While current products target fructans, GOS, and lactose, future innovations aim to address more triggers.


What’s in Development

The FODZYME® team is researching new enzyme solutions designed to expand FODMAP coverage.

Current areas of exploration include:

  • Polyols such as sorbitol and mannitol
  • Enzymes that could convert these compounds into more easily absorbable sugars

These efforts are still in development and not yet available for use.


Ongoing Research

In addition to product development, FODZYME® continues to invest in:

  • Laboratory research to evaluate enzyme performance
  • Clinical and real-world studies to better understand digestive outcomes
