Try FODZYME before you buyUpdated 8 days ago
Try FODZYME® risk-free for 14 days—no commitment, no return needed. Here's everything you need to know.
- How does TryNow work?
TryNow lets you try FODZYME® risk-free for 14 days. Place a $0 order and your trial begins the day your package is delivered. You only pay if you decide to keep it. Here's what to expect:- At checkout: A temporary authorization (not a charge) is placed on your card for the full order amount. This is a hold, similar to what a hotel or rideshare app does, and may appear as "pending" on your statement.
- During your trial: No payment is captured.
- If you keep FODZYME®: Your card is automatically charged the day after your trial ends, and your subscription begins.
- If it's not for you: Email us before the trial ends. We'll cancel the subscription, you won't be charged, and the authorization drops off your card within a few business days—no return needed.
- How long is the trial and when does it start?
Your trial is 14 days and starts the day your order is delivered. You'll receive a notification confirming delivery and the start of your trial. - What happens after my trial ends if I keep FODZYME®?
Your card will be charged the day after your trial ends, and your subscription will begin. From there, you'll receive regular shipments every 30 days. You can skip, reschedule, pause, change delivery frequency, or cancel anytime through your account portal. - What if I don't want to keep it?
If FODZYME® isn’t for you, just email [email protected] before your trial ends. We'll cancel your subscription and you won't be charged, there’s no return needed. If you have leftover FODZYME®, feel free to share it with a friend or someone who might benefit. - Why is there a charge on my card? I thought this was a free trial.
This is just an authorization, not a charge. At checkout, we authorize your card for the full order amount to reserve those funds should you decide to keep FODZYME®. It's similar to the hold a hotel or rental car company places on your card. An authorization confirms your card is valid and has available funds, but no money is actually captured. Depending on your bank, it may appear as "pending" or without a posted date on your statement. You won't be charged unless you keep FODZYME® at the end of your 14-day trial. - When will the authorization come off my card?
Once you're charged at the end of your trial, the pending authorization will be replaced by the actual charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, the authorization will drop off—timing depends on your bank, but it's typically a few business days. - When will I be charged?
We will not charge you for any items until the end of your trial. We do place an authorization on your card for the total amount of your order. This is how we ensure that funds can be captured for items you keep—it’s just like a hold that hotels or rideshare apps use, and it helps protect us against fraud. The way authorizations display on your statement varies by bank. Typically, authorizations are labeled as "pending" or they will not have a date associated with the charge, indicating that the charge has not yet been posted. - What if I need more time?
Reach out to us at [email protected] and we can extend your trial by a few days. - Can I use a discount code with a TryNow order?
