You can track your FODZYME® order using the tracking link in your order confirmation email. This link shows real-time updates from the shipping carrier.

Where to Find Tracking Info

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, this is often normal—packages may not scan at every stop. If tracking remains static for 5+ business days (domestic) or 10+ days (international), contact us and we'll investigate.

If your package appears delayed or lost:

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occur due to factors like customs holds, postal backlogs, or service disruptions.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Contact your final-mile carrier directly for details
Unfortunately, carriers don't allow claims once delivery is confirmed
