Below are some of the foods containing polyols that FODZYME® isn't able to help with (yet).

1. Foods high in polyols:
Apple, Apricot, Avocado, Blackberries, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherries, Eggplant, Green beans, Lychee, Mushrooms, Nectarine, Peach, Pear, Plum, Prune, Sauerkraut, Sweetcorn, Sweet potato, Watermelon
Note: What happens if you eat polyols with FODZYME?
Basically, FODZYME won't have any impact on polyols. Whatever your reaction is to polyols without FODZYME will be the same reaction you have with FODZYME. Enzymes are specific to their substrates, and since FODZYME can't yet address polyols, sprinkling FODZYME foods high in sorbitol and mannitol will have no impact.
If you aren't that sensitive to polyols, eating polyols with things like fructan, GOS or lactose won't detract from FODZYME's efficacy on fructan, GOS, and lactose. Feel free to continue what you are doing, just knowing that FODZYME won't break down the FODMAPs in polyols.
2. Other food sensitivities (besides FODMAPs)
If you are sensitive to other triggers besides FODMAPs, please continue to monitor your triggers and keep this in mind while using FODZYME. FODZYME is very specific - it can break down fructan, GOS, and lactose, which is life-changing for many people. If you have multiple food sensitivities, you might need to limit or avoid those foods that trigger you (besides FODMAPs).
