How does FODZYME affect dietary fiber fermentation and the microbiome?Updated 7 months ago

In a simulated colon [1], we found that short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production was reduced but not depleted when using FODZYME. This means that FODZYME’s enzymatic approach may be more favorable to overall colonic health than avoiding FODMAPs altogether.
