FODZYME is the first solution to target FODMAP molecules directly. FODZYME is a novel enzyme preparation designed to tackle lactose, galacto-oligosaccharides, and fructans. These carbohydrate molecules are present in the most common and nutritious foods and are by far the biggest gut troublemakers — especially for individuals who suffer from conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. We are also working on a novel polyol-degrading product to complete the FODMAP family.
