For lost shipments, our operations team will typically reach out to the carrier and open a case. If the parcel appears stuck in a certain location according to the order tracker, we allow a couple of days for the tracker to update. Sometimes carriers may miss scans, and packages may not be scanned until they reach your local post office.
If you need to change your address for an order, please inform us as soon as possible so we can update it before shipping. If the package has already been shipped to the wrong address, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
